A complex training solution using VR

The Challenge

The Client was a major international player in manufacturing. Their challenge was that they had to invest significant amounts in training and they were looking for a solution on how to improve the training experience to increase the skill level of its employees.

The Solution

Swiss Tomato proposed a state-of-the-art Virtual Reality (VR) solution. During the training simulations, the employees wore VR headsets and followed a virtual experience that was close to real life. The users could select among several procedures and then follow step-by-step instructions on how to assemble various parts following which they had to perform the same tasks in the virtual world.

Results

The VR app was very intuitive and easy to use with an outstanding quality of the 3D world. The Client saw very positive feedback about the virtual training which helped to solidify the skill levels of its employees.
