What is graphic design? : The first step of our work

We are always listening to our customers. And it starts well above all by defining the axes of design. Graphic design is a basic phase of web project planning. It is important to determine the main elements of the visuals, including the text typos, or the images to use. But also the visual appearance of the blocks, the complementary elements such as the colors of the lines, the size of the footer, or even the social media icons.

Graphic design is probably the most interesting phase for our clients. We offer one or two axes that can then be refined to find a solution that fits the most the needs of the customer.
Once we agree on the graphic design of the website, our graphic designer specialized in UX / UI – user experience and user interface design.

UX and UI

People tend to believe that UI and UX is the same thing. However there is an important difference. Experts of the user interface design are the link between the human and the machine, so they create actually the result that appears before the eyes of the user, including the organization of the textual and graphic elements of the website.

To deepen this primary design work, the user-centric design and the user experience are involved. In this framework of graphic development, we propose practical and effective solutions to clearly demonstrate that we understand the expectations and the needs of the users, by making possible to find information easily.

This graphic design must be applied for all versions created. Thus our team prepares the models of design also for the desktop screens, tablets and for mobiles. All this, depending on the customer’s request, in a customized or adaptive version using WordPress or Drupal tools, for example.
