ITU is the United Nations’ specialized agency for information and communication technologies. Our task was to completely rethink and redesign one of their key online tools the ITU Interactive Transmissions Map. The Interactive Transmission Maps are a cutting-edge ICT-data mapping platform to take stock of national backbone connectivity (optical fibers, microwaves, and satellite Earth stations) as well as of other key metrics of the ICT sector. The redevelopment of this online is map is in progress, while Swiss Tomato also supports ITU with internal communicational materials like videos, Prezi presentation development, etc.
