CMSA is a Swiss industrial group specialising in micro-mechanical production of high-precision components using complex materials and precious metals. The company operates across multiple sectors, including luxury watchmaking, medical technology, and advanced industrial applications.
The Challenge
As part of a broader strategic transformation, CMSA decided to unify all subsidiaries under one brand and a single digital platform, making the new website the cornerstone of this transformation.
This project was more than just a redesign. The website had to combine several old websites, clearly explain their complex services, and be capable of increasing the number of new sales leads. The new website also had to serve different target groups (engineers, buyers, MedTech clients, potential employees, investors). At the same time, it needed to provide a multilingual experience, support SEO and be ready for the integrations of CRM, HR and DAM systems while remaining fully GDPR compliant.
The Solution
We worked in a strong cooperation with CMSA to create a strategic, conversion-focused digital platform. The website was developed on a flexible WordPress CMS with multilingual capabilities The first step was to create the new architecture for the planned content that satisfied the different needs of the different users. The user experience (UX) and content combined technical storytelling, industry-specific landing pages and clear pathways for visitors to get in contact with the CMSA team. Once we had the tailored journey we created a unified, straightforward and modern website design.
The final step was the redirection of every subsidiary website to the main brand domain.

The new website became the cornerstone of the brand launch, strengthening the company’s positioning as an industry leader while engaging customers, stakeholders and future talents. This platform now acts as a dynamic, user-centric hub that highlights expertise, builds trust and supports new business opportunities.
