The Challenge<\/h2>\r\n

Every German learner struggles with learning the proper articles – der, die, or das – in German, as these often seem to be completely random, thus very hard to remember. Norbert, co-founder of Swiss Tomato, set out to find a solution that would help thousands learn the language using modern technology in a fun, interactive way, showing that there are rules to the difficult grammar and an entertaining way to practice. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The Solution<\/h2>\r\n

Swiss Tomato’s app development<\/a> team created a mobile application that helps users learn which article belongs to which noun in a playful way.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Users can practice by topic and difficulty level. The game allows them to practice der, die, and das against beautiful backgrounds, such as the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Neuschwanstein Castle, or the Matterhorn. With a large dictionary of thousands of nouns, users can practice their skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
